Leicestershire Clubs for Young People (LCYP) is part of a national organisation, which aims to provide opportunities for its members to realise their full potential and thereby become the responsible citizens of tomorrow.

LCYP provides young people with opportunities for physical, creative and social activities, which are both educational and enjoyable. Residential training courses are also offered.

A management committee maintains the clubs and club leaders operate within the overall framework of the disciplines and policies of the national organisation and local unitary authorities.
